IPATALK Problems

We apologize for the connectivity problems with the IPA TALK forums.  We recently switched to a more powerful server to fix these problems.   If you are still experiencing trouble, please try deleting your cookies and internet files on your browser. 

If you are using Internet Explorer, here is how you can delete your cookies and internet files:

1. Click Tools.
2. Choose Internet Options at the bottom of the menu.
3. Click the Delete Cookies button. This may take several minutes if you have not done it in a while.
4. Click the Delete Files button. This may also take several minutes if you have not done it in a while.
5. Click OK.
6. Go to www.paruresis.org. Click Refresh.
7. Click IPA Talk Forums on left nav bar.
8. Login with your userid and password.
9. Verify that it says Log Out [userid] in the upper left corner under the big
IPA logo.
